Foreign Division

1. Introduction:
Commandeered by SSP, Foreign Division was established on 8 Bhadra 2052 BS under the direct control of CID. This division as per its SoP, undertakes the responsibilities of record keeping of foreign nationals staying in the nation, their involvement and whatsoever incidents related to them.
Ministry of Foreign Affair (MoFA), concerned embassies and diplomatic agencies in relation to the foreign nationals are the absolute stakeholders of this division.

2. Objectives:

  • Keep up-to-date record of foreign refugees and foreign nationals staying across the nation.
  • Keep up-to-date record of foreign volunteers working in concerned INGOs, NGOs and GOs.
  • Notify the concerned embassies about the incidents ( criminal, offenses/ charge, arrest, death &disappearance, entry/exit)
